Food & Nutrition
We believe that healthy eating is about so much more than the food on a plate. Mealtimes at Pip's Place are calm, social and enjoyable experiences where children are encouraged to develop a positive relationship with food from the very beginning.
Our nutritious, balanced menus are carefully designed to support children's growth, wellbeing and development, while introducing a wide variety of flavours, textures and ingredients. We celebrate food as an opportunity for learning, encouraging children to explore where food comes from, make healthy choices and develop confidence around mealtimes.
We work closely with families to ensure individual dietary requirements, allergies and cultural preferences are respected, creating an inclusive experience for every child. By fostering healthy habits and positive attitudes towards food, we help lay the foundations for a lifetime of wellbeing.

From the home-from-home comfort of our Seekers room to the collaborative learning opportunities within our Pioneers environment, each space evolves alongside children's growing interests, abilities and independence.
We favour authentic resources, natural materials and extensive outdoor learning opportunities that encourage exploration and discovery. Learning extends beyond our nursery walls too, with regular outings that help children connect with nature, build confidence and develop a sense of belonging within their local community.
